Try this easy and tasty recipe for Kefalotiri and ham flutes. Ready in a few minutes and very tasty.
Ingredients

1 pack of crust dough sheets, 500 gr Kefalotiri, 500 gr ham, Cooking oil

Step by Step

Cut kefalotiri into finger sized strips

Separate the crust dough sheets in three strips

Place kefalotiri cheese and ham pieces in the crust dough sheets and roll them to get them to unify by wetting the edges with water. 

Do not use any oil on them.

Fry in hot cooking oil.
