Delicious prawns saganaki get the royal treatment with amazing Feta cheese.
Ingredients

1000 gr. prawns, 40 ml. Olive oil, 1/2 onion, 1 carrot, 1/4 green pepper, 1/8 tuft parsley, 2 tomatoes grated, salt, ground pepper, 200 gr crated Feta cheese

Step by Step

Boil water in a big pot and add the prawns. Boil for about seven minutes. Remove and strain. When they cool down, remove the heads and shell. 

Fry the onion, carrot, pepper and parsley in a pan. Add the prawns in an oven pot and pour the mixture sauce from the pan. Add salt and pepper and mix.

Cook in a pre-heated oven at 190 C until the mixture binds. Just before completion, add the crated Feta cheese and cook some more until the cheese melts.  

You are now ready to serve Prawns Saganaki with Feta Cheese.
